The Great Resilience
2025 the year of immense growth. The year that challenged our every fiber. The one that showed us our ability for great resilience and turning transition into transformation.
I am personally, so proud of my own growth this year as well as all of us as a collective. It has been profoundly moving to be in the store and hear everyone's stories who lost their homes in the fires. A good 50% of our beloved clients lost their homes. We are immensely grateful for your courage your willingness to rise through this incredibly intense year. We truly love you and we cherish your hearts. There's been so many incredible stories of grace. One of the most moving stories we heard this year were those who lost everything and the only thing that survived were their Buddhas. So far we have noted four clients that have had this experience.
One of the fundamentals of Buddhism is accepting the reality of loss, using mindfulness to stay present with pain, transforming suffering into wisdom and compassion, finding meaning through remembrance and service, and relying on community support (Sangha) for shared healing, ultimately leading to deeper appreciation for life.
With this said, we have been grateful to be part of your community and support system through this time. And for those of us who experienced all the other intense life challenges that have been gifted to us this year for our own souls growth, we're with you, we hear you, we see you and we love you.
We are grateful for your strength through the vulnerability of everything. It's taken a lot to be exactly where you are right now.
And moving onto 2026. We are truly ready. What a grand opportunity as we have so many powerful lessons under our belt and we potently move into Year of the Horse! Our soul has been through a spiritual Boot Camp and we are ready to harness all of that energy gained from our experience and move forth with power, clarity and a stealth sense of humanity.
