Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All shipping for Jewelry sales on the website is free unless additional products are added to the order. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 Business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@elekeats.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We are unable to offer refunds at this time. Exchanges may be made up to 14 days after delivery. 

Custom orders are final sale and may not be exchanged. 

Hassle-Free Exchanges

Exchanges are on us. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact us so we may initiate your exchange free of charge, within a 14 day grace period. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@elekeats.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  Or you can contact the shop phone @310.804.4611 We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please keep all shipping packaging and take pictures to include in emails or text. We need this information for any insurance claims filed with the shipping company.

 

Be aware we take extra time and care into packing up these gorgeous babes because they are so delicate.
