Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns for in store credit only, up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount for in store credit, minus the shipping costs for the return.
Hassle-Free Exchanges
Exchanges are on us. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact us so we may initiate your exchange free of charge, within a 14 day grace period.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@elekeats.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Be aware we take extra time and care into packing up these gorgeous babes because they are so delicate.
