First of all, this is my crystal family. I’ve been working with these lovely beings over the past 19 years. It’s like coming home, reconnecting with old friends, and seeing the majestic beauty of the Earth and all of the crystal beings that are emerging.
I had the pleasure of meeting the author of the book of stones, Robert Simmons yesterday. Completely unassumingly, we met amongst the Arkansas quartz, which are some of the clearest and most beautiful on the planet. What a joy to meet a Crystal scholar as he was whipping out his flip phone... I love our eccentric community!
I am so excited to announce a beautiful pocket of flowering amethyst has been found! Some of my absolute favorite crystals in the world are flowering amethyst. They are so special, soft, and the first crystal I really and truly fell in love with. I’m bringing back some beauties that will be felt on a very deep, heart level.
I also found exquisite Uruguayan amethyst that I am thrilled to bring back to the shop as well as Rainbow filled Lemurian quartz!
There’s some lovely Citrines that have rainbows inside and are free formed in extraordinary shapes that are coming as well as incredible Angel Aura in both clusters and wild freeform shapes My adventures will be continuing over the next week and a half.
I found these exquisite large, white, milky quartz points which are pictured in the images I featured with this post. Can you imagine having these in your home? We can make this reality!
My favorite find so far is five rose quartz seats and two ocean jasper seats. These have yet to be spoken for and they will make exquisite additions to your home or garden. They are able to be put inside or outside, and I am very excited about these for whoever is the lucky recipient of these exquisite crystals.
I am still offering personalized shopping for those of you who are looking for that special crystal to meditate with or to infuse your home with even more magic. Please let me know if you are interested in having a rare opportunity to work with a Crystal expert like myself. I have access and an understanding for this world that’s taking me years and years to cultivate and navigate. The trust, understanding, and love that I share with the Crystal miners that I work with is priceless. I am happy to share this gift with you by taking exquisite care of you and matching you with the perfect crystals.
We have a dedicated shop cell phone at 310-804-4611. Get in touch with the team and they are happy to connect you with me, it would be my joy and pleasure to crystallize your life and bring much love, abundance, peace, and transformation to you.

I am heading out on my yearly buying trip and would be honored to work with you personally during this time.
Recently, I was interviewed for the Wall Street Journal, which came out in mid December. We spent well over an hour talking about living with Crystals and my experience with crystal home consultations.
Here are some of the questions that I was asked that I thought would be helpful to share with you
How does it feel to live with crystals?
Do you know the feeling of having a dear friend or family member come and stay with you? The house feels more joyful peaceful. There’s a sense of excitement in the air. This is what it feels like living with crystals. They enhance energize and beautify your space. Each of them bringing their unique gifts and particular energies.
What crystals do you recommend that everyone has in their home?
❊ Black tourmaline and Shungite, which I recommend to everyone creates a shield of protection and a grounded energy.
❊ I recommend that black tourmaline is by the front and back doors. For added protection, place black tourmaline in each corner of every room. Coupled with Shungite.
This is like having a shield of protection great for blocking EMS and unwanted energy in general.
❊ Celestite.
Soft angelic energy. It’s like inviting in the sweetness of an angels harp into your space, relaxing and soothing.
❊ Citrine
Living with Citrine is exciting and it is inspiring the Crystal of opportunity and Abundance .
A personal favorite of mine , I suggest specifically placed in your abundance corner. Abundance corner is as you’re facing inside your home at your front door, the left most corner of your home.
❊ Rose quartz
Joy bringer and heart, soothing. Rose quartz brings comfort and softness to your home. I like to add Rosequatz lamps throughout my home, especially in the bedroom it creates a soft, loving glow.
What are some of your favorite ways to enhance a space with Crystals?
Crystal lamps really enhance a home. I’m personally a big fan of the softness and glow of crystal lamps. I like to place selenite lamps in each room as it’s clearing and cleansing.
What’s an all-around good crystal in general?
❊ Amethyst!
Amethyst truly gives you what you need . This adaptive crystal is for most people the first when they begin with and for good reason, it relates to your crown. Chakra . It’s your connection to higher and spiritual energy. Plus if you need rest, it provides relaxation. If you need energy it will give you that. Many of the crystal mats on the market, including my personal favorite, Healthy lLnes include amethyst in their mats. There is a reason these .
Amethyst crystals are good for everything.
What are some good crystals for an office or communal space?
One of the funniest and most potent way to bring in Crystal energy is large, crystal furniture, and or tables.
There are many varieties of crystal table tops, Pink amethyst, agate or rose quartz a subtle way to bring Crystals into a space is through the use of crystal furniture.
There are rose, quartz seats, Amethyst and Quartz and more.
❊ Ocean jasper
The crystal of positive community and harmony within the home. I believe every place of business and home should have ocean jasper. It honors each individual and their gifts that they offer to the collective community.
❊ Pink amethyst is a beautiful crystal for the home and work place because it’s got the energy of amethyst plus the color pink, which is for the heart, soothing and adaptive these to work in harmony together.
Creating an environment that inspires you and is comforting at the same time is definitely the way to go.
We want to feel clear, balanced, peaceful, inspired, rested and healthy in our spaces. Whether it’s our work or home let’s bring crystal energy into the mix.
Even if your family members/coworkers are not into crystals, there’s no denying they bring peace and nature inside. And who knows what shift changes, awareness and transformations may start to occur even subtly. I’ve heard countless stories, and I’ve had incredible personal experience living with Crystals and working with them over the past two decades.
I so look forward to hearing about your personal experiences with Crystals and how bringing them into your life, makes a difference. Please always feel free to leave comments below. I’d love to hear from you.

Carnelian is a creative, passionate, opening, and inspiring crystal.
It’s been calling to me strongly, and I’ve been listening. I got together with a group of fellow artists to read our poetry together. I brought each of them a carnelian as a gift .
I am really feeling this creative and juicy energy and wanting to share it with friends. It is the artists crystal . If you are looking to flow in your creativity even more this is the one for you.
I love how Crystals come exactly when we need them. There was a time where orange was definitely not a loved color for me to get with. I actually found myself repelled by it.
Here’s a little embarrassing story from my past :
Once upon a time, one of my dearest sister friends, so generously invited me to be a bridesmaid in her wedding. Her husband’s uncle (a world renowned fashion designer ) designed dresses for all of us bridesmaids to wear. And somehow I ended up with orange. I just felt so uncomfortable in the color. I actually judged it as ugly .
So what to do? I asked one of the fellow bridesmaids if she would trade with me . She had been assigned my favorite color, lavender .She was so happy to wear orange, and it looked amazing on her.
Looking back over 25 years later I am astounded at myself . I guess I was just not ready for the power of orange at that point in my life.
(Truth be told, super embarrassed that I even had the gall to ask to trade and not just wear it at the wedding and just be OK with it . Ah youth!! :)
Now this potent color of the sacral, chakra, creative force passion calls to me in such a deep way. Creative energy is very motivating. It opens us up to possibility a driving force for transformation. If you’re feeling a sense of dullness or lack luster, it’s time to bring carnelian into your life. Bringing passion and flow is an exciting way to breakthrough energy this year.
I am Inviting you to break the mold and expand your horizons now. More exciting adventures to come!
If you’re feeling drawn to carnelian like I am, I have some incredible beauties at the store feel free to explore the website. However, as always we have a large selection of carnelian at the shop. Feel free to text the dedicated, client line at 310-804-4611 and we are happy to show you some of our favorite juicy carnelians.
All my carnelian crushing love to you,
Ele
]]>New Years is a perfect time to begin, deepen or reconnect to your meditation practice. Whether you have been a meditator for years or you are just beginning the time is now.
Every new year, I sit and do some writing envisioning on what this year is about . Bringing in words that resonate. This writing should be free, flowing, and fun. Let it rip! Dream big and be inspired! The symphony of your words is something that you will read back to yourself as a reminder and breathing, those words into the universe, mentally physically and spiritually. I suggest leaving this writing at your altar and reconnect with it often.
Daily meditation is such an anchor for me. I started meditating in 1994 and I have never skipped a day since.
My altar is sacred. Sitting in meditation is the time where I tune in and find spaciousness and peace. An altar is your special place to connect with divine reflect, and be inspired. Your altar can be anything that feels honoring to you. I personally have a large selenite slab, balanced with Shungite bricks that has created a beautiful altar that also clears energy and is a protector.
On your altar, you may place crystals, candles, perhaps a deity that may call to you, flowers, and incense.
It’s really about a place of sitting in connection with yourself and guidance.
Each crystal on my altar is chosen with great care .
Each day I sit at my altar, and I tune in to what crystals want to be held while I’m meditating. I hold a crystal in my left hand and in my right hand, I hold mala beads and count a mantra while I meditate. There are many different ways of meditation, and my practice has evolved over the past 30 years.
Each day I draw an alchemy card and at the end of my meditation practice I send positive affirmations to my body going organ by organ.
It has been an evolution through the years. It began with a mantra I was given through my therapist, to years of ancestral healing clearing prayers , intuitive movement, and simply sitting in silence, quieting and listening at the same time. I
Whatever your spiritual practice is as long as it feels good you are on the right path. May you enjoy your sacred time at your altar, it is nourishment for the soul.
Should you need help with setting up your altar, we are happy to support you feel free to reach out to us at 310-804-4611.
We can send you photos, videos of crystals, selenite altar slabs, and deities. As always, we are happy to support you on your journey.

It’s a time to settle, reset, and to remind ourselves of what we are letting go of and what we are moving into in this coming week as we begin a new year. This is a time when I love to clean my house, organize, clear, and clean my crystals start to feel into what is next.
This is a precious time to set aside for yourself. Perhaps there are some little projects that have been put on the back burner since the pre-Holiday season, so much focus has been external It’s the season of go go go and rush rush, rush. Finally ,we have a week of quietude.
My invitation to you is to deeply listen.
What are you needing to create spaciousness and joy in your life?
It is a time to go through those old drawers and closets and let go of things and settle affairs before the new year. Room by room, drawer by drawer, organizing, decluttering and making space for new energy.
This week is the perfect moment, especially if you have some alone time. This is a beautiful week to sit at your altar spend a little time deeper in meditation, to tune in and listen to the inner guidance that is been so patiently waiting for you.
Some of us are much more comfortable with giving than receiving. We so generously give to others, and it brings joy to us. Yet, perhaps it might be a little harder for us to receive. I invite you to find the same level of joy in receiving.
Let’s take this time to swing the pendulum back to us. Creating harmony, balance, and opening ourselves up to receive the wisdom of the universe. There are gifts just around every corner we just need to watch for the opening to take in all the love of the around us.
Upon waking , ask “what do I need to receive today? How can I open myself up to receive more and clear out anything in the way that is blocking reception?”
As you move about your space, continue to receive the guidance of what needs to go and what needs to be honored, moved and cleared. Perhaps there’s some new energy that you are wanting to bring in. Something that you wanted to receive that didn’t come during the holidays.
This is a perfect time to give to yourself. Your beautiful, loving, giving self. You deserve all the love in the universe and you deserve to receive everything. Opening ourselves up and being receptive, we become a channel of clarity and aligned with the universal flow.
In the coming year, may we all strike a balance between giving and receiving. We are always here to support you. Reach out to us on our dedicated client line at 310-804-4611. We’re happy to help.

Bringing Crystals into your home brings in beautiful energy. It creates a sense of peace and balance. I’ve been working with clients to infuse their homes with harmonic energy.
Last year, I had a client who purchased a beautiful home in Los Angeles. It was quite large, and it felt empty and lacked life force. When I first came over, she wasn’t even sure she wanted to stay in the house. We talked about what needed to shift for her to love her home.
I worked with her to choose crystals to bring in love, abundance, spiritual expansion, and harmony. There was such a joy in the process of placing them for both of us. It was palpable, as the crystals came in, all of a sudden the home that had felt so unwelcoming now became her sanctuary.
Do you know the feeling of having a guest visit you that you love with all of your heart? When they come into your home, they bring their life force and effervescence. You can even feel it after they have left . A lingering sweet essence of their humanity remains.
This is how I describe the feeling of having the right crystals in your home.
What are the right crystals you may ask? Well, that depends on what you are wanting to bring in and most importantly what you are drawn to. I am always here to offer assistance and guidance, however, in the end your intuition and the inner pull towards what you are drawn to is the answer.
If you are looking for some deeper guidance, and would like support in how to crystallize your home or work place, I am available for Home Crystal consultations.
Please feel free to email us at shop@elekeats.com or reach out to our dedicated client line at 310-804-4611 to find out more.
It is my great honor and joy to bring Crystals into your life and support you in all the ways that I can.

]]>October is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month
and in honor of this we are shining a light on Crystals for those recovering from loss and grief.
The insurmountable grief, for those who have experienced the loss of a child, is beyond comprehension. Recovery and transformation through this kind of loss is a true hero's journey.
My dear girlfriend, Libby June Weintraub, experienced the loss of her baby, Magnolia, at 39 weeks of pregnancy. As we approach what would have been Magnolia’s 9th birthday, Libby is releasing her first book, about her journey of healing. It is titled She was Born: Words on Loss and Liberation.
Recently, Libby shared with me about her process of healing, and how crystals helped support her and her husband, Scooter Weintraub, in this process.
“Scooter and I were gifted with a large rose quartz heart as a gift after Magnolia died and we slept with it between us every night for three years. It brought a feeling of connection, intimacy, love and warmth into our hearts during that time and the first night we slept with it we had very strong dreams of her. It was such a comfort on the nights where we couldn’t hold onto her, we held onto this crystal. It was the most generous act of loving kindness and I cherish the memory of those nights with the crystal in between the two of us. ”
Libby’s book is a deep dive into her incredible journey. Grief, loss and profound love carried her and her husband through it all. Today, they both have risen as two infinite, loving, phoenixes, through the fire of grief.
We are often asked at the shop about crystals for loss and grief, and here are some of my favorites.
Cavansite: Instills hope and is comforting through the process of grief and loss. This is a rare crystal and the mine has been closed for years. It is hard to find and we have a handful of carefully selected pieces.
Rose Quartz: A deep heart healer, holder, and bringer of hope and joy.
Pink Opal: Comforting, healing, soft. This crystal will hold you through heartbreak and loss.
Chrysocolla: Provides healing through the multi-layers in the process of grief and transformation.
Fluorite: This crystal is the great healer. It provides physical and emotional healing and is a wonderful layered rainbow of support.
I could list so many more but what I always share is this: See what you are drawn to, either for yourself or for a gift to comfort a friend. Our intuition always leads and guides us so trust where your eyes, heart and mind draws you to when picking a crystal.
We are all so profoundly connected. It is such a beautiful gesture to comfort our loved ones with crystals through their grief process. Our touchstones of healing, love and ultimate transformation carry through to the other side.
If we can support you, your friends or loved ones through choosing a crystal for grief and transformation please feel free to reach out to us at 310-804-4611.
We are happy to support and help .
100% of the proceeds of Libby’s book will support the work of Every Mother Counts, an organization founded by Christy Turlington Burns. Their mission is to make pregnancy and childbirth safe, equitable, and respectful for every mother everywhere.
Libby’s book is available now for presale on Amazon:

Each and everyone of us is supported by a team of guides and angels. They are here and ready to assist when you call upon them. This morning I received a message to have a phone meeting. I knew it was going to be big news. Perhaps news that would change and shift things for me in ways that I couldn’t even imagine in the moment.
Before I got on the phone, I sat in meditation. I opened up Reiki energy and I asked my angel team to be with me to chaperone today . To hold me up through whatever news I was about to receive. It was a big phone call. It was big news about a major change that would affect my business.
I had a lot of feelings when I heard the news. In came tears of sadness, deep fear of the unknown, and ultimately acceptance.
Whatever we can feel we can heal.
When we ask for support, we can face anything, even the most difficult of situations. God’s hand is holding us up. The angelic realm is here to support us. Transitions are times for us to surrender. Yes, they are times of great change, and with that can be a great fear of the unknown.
I am choosing the perspective of the beginning of a new chapter, a new adventure, a new opportunity, for what is next. The more years I’ve lived on this planet, the easier my relationship has become with the nature of constant change that exists here on earth. It is the absolute inevitable of our journey. Learning to be flexible has been one of the biggest lessons I’ve faced during my lifetime.
My personal commitment is to continue to embrace it, and allow myself to move with the river of life.
Today I practiced deep, deep, surrender, presence, and seeing the grace and beauty around me.
With the help of the sweet energy I called in this morning, today was a beautiful, potent and highly spiritual day. There comes a time in life where we just have to accept what is. Truly, it is so much easier to just let go and let God.
Currently, there are many retrogrades happening at the same time . We have Mercury, and Venus. We’ve also experienced a potent full moon. as these big energies are moving through, so are the opportunities for a big change. Choose your own adventure. We can resist the change, or we can just go with it with acceptance and and exuberance.
The next adventure awaits us. My invitation is to step in to the unknown, and trust your path fully. Deep listening to the guidance that is quietly whispering to you. Trust fully you will know exactly what to do and when to make a move .
Helpful Crystal allies during this time of change and growth opportunity are:
Labradorite: a protector, a great guide, a room, feeler of the multi dimensional layers of humanity and our own inner vision.
Moonstone: softening support of tapping into the great divine feminine intuition. Fertility and trusting the path.
Sunstone: a bright hopeful and loving support.
May your path always be guided protected, and may trust the love that is always holding you.
Many blessings and love to your beautiful heart.

Gem bracelets are comforting, potent, and beautiful. I love the weight of them and the feel on my wrists. It’s fascinating to tune into how the energy of each of these bracelets is unique and different. Depending on what’s going on, it’s fun to play and experience the different vibrations of the crystals.
Working with crystals has accelerated and expanded my life in so many ways. It’s been completely transformative and an ongoing journey of development. If you happen to be new to crystals, wearing gem bracelets is a great way to gently infuse your life with their natural power.
How to choose gem bracelet you ask? It’s really just taking a moment to tune in and feel. You can close your eyes and just pick randomly or allow yourself to be guided to what you want or need for each day. Another way I like to choose is by color, guided by the Vedic tradition where each day is governed by a different planetary color.
See the Vedic color chart below and some recommendations of crystals that match it. And the invitation is to have fun, dive in, and bring color into your life. Regardless of your feelings on the healing qualities of crystals, just being able to enjoy the beautiful colors is reason enough to power up with gem bracelets. The colors themselves are definitely mood enhancers and joy bringers!

There comes a time in all of our lives when we must unapologetically trust our intuition. There is an inner compass that has always been guiding us. When we trust and deeply tap into the relationship we have with our own spirit, we access true freedom.
In my younger years, I would seek answers outside of myself. For example, I would ask friends, healers, and so forth for their opinions on situations and frankly, I was giving my power away to them, believing that perhaps their reads were clearer or even better than my own.
One of the greatest gifts of being in my wisdom years now, is that there is a deep sense of trust in myself, my own listening, and guidance.
It’s a huge deal for us to learn to trust ourselves. The truth is that we really know exactly what we need. We know what feels right. We know what path to take. Which move to make. We always have.
Even when we are going outside of ourselves and seeking answers, the truth is in our hearts. Sometimes, we resonate with the guidance of others and sometimes we don’t. We know when something rings true for us. We know that moment. We feel it.
There’s a sense of breath and spaciousness when what is reflected back to us is in line with our own knowing.
It’s a blessing that we have others in our lives especially wise ones that can help us navigate the many layers of human experience. However, we must learn to trust ourselves first. Love the one we are with. We are born alone, and we will ultimately die alone. One of the biggest lessons we will ever have on this earth is embracing our aloneness, celebrating it, and being 100% OK with just ourselves.
I love sharing time with others. However, I crave my alone time and it helps me reset, rejuvenate, and really feel myself. It is a time for a recharge for deep listening. My daily meditation over the past three decades has helped me deeply trust myself, my intuition and my inner guidance.
If you are finding it challenging to listen and trust yourself, I invite you to sit in even a 10 minute daily meditation in silence and listen. You will be amazed at what comes through. There might be some mind chatter however, there are glimpses of deep wisdom within whatever the noise machine in the head is churning out. Give yourself enough time to breathe through it and hear the pearls of wisdom that are just waiting for you.
Another amazing way to tap into your intuition is to just start writing in the morning first thing upon waking. Have a journal next to your bed. Before you even get out of bed, start writing morning pages. It’s very enlightening to see what wants to surface once we give ourselves that grace and time to just be.
If you are needing a little extra help from the crystal world, here are some of my recommendations for crystals of trust, support with intuitive guidance, connecting to the spirit realm, a.k.a. our personal guides, and sharpening our connection to them. I suggest wearing these on your body or meditating with them. When you start working with crystals ask them internally or out loud. “Please help support me with….”
In this case, “Please help support me to trust my own intuition completely, and totally, thank you.“
Whenever we are connecting spiritually, it is always recommended to say please and thank you. It creates harmony and an openness within ourselves to connect.
I am going to offer some suggestions. But because this is about trusting Your inner guidance, there might be something completely different that’s not listed here that you may find yourself drawn to. You will hear the name of the crystal or you will find yourself magnetized to it. I would suggest going with it and trusting yourself! You’ve got this, and you KNOW.
Here are the suggestions:
One of the most exciting things to bear witness to in the shop is a client who comes in needing something, and we invite them to take a look and see what they are drawn to. 10 out of 10 times it is exactly what they need. This is just so beautiful to see.
I pray that you trust yourself completely and entirely, and that you know in every cell of your body that you truly know exactly what you need. I pray you follow it.
I pray you live a life of complete freedom!
I honor you and I trust you.
You’ve got this!
Much love, always,
Ele
Bringing your crystals along during your travels is a powerful anchor and quite necessary. I love traveling with my crystal companions. Not only are they supportive during the trips, they are also soaking in the energy of the journeys.
Every place has its own specific frequency, and the crystals can soak up the energy of where they are.
Perhaps you have a special place that you love to visit often, and if your crystals come along, they as well can bring this energy back within their crystalline formation. So, when you return home from your travels, you will bring the lovely energy from the land back with you. This is especially potent if you are celebrating something special and your crystals can soak in the essence of this energy. Be it a wedding, anniversary, special birthday, a remembrance of a loved one, or perhaps it’s just a special place that they can bring back to your heart. Let your crystals be your quiet, powerful companions. You may also ask them to help you remember and connect back to the experience. For example, every time I go back and forth between Kauai and Santa Monica, I bring gems I am designing. I sit them at my altar, as well as special crystals to connect the two energies. It is very grounding and inspiring to welcome the gems and crystals to hold this frequency. Bringing your jewelry and crystals to a special beach and letting them soak in the sea cleanses them and shifts their frequencies.
Home is very grounding for us and during our travels we may find that we need connection back to our roots. Before you embark on your trip, sit with your crystals and ask them to help ground you through the transition of traveling. This can be done with any of your crystals. Some suggestions are as follows:
Clear Quartz - excellent for programming and holding frequency
Shungite - grounding and protective
Black Tourmaline - solid as a rock, extremely protective and rooting
Amethyst - helps us adapt to our surroundings, it's supportive, and frankly just gives us what we need
These are just a few suggestions. Any crystals are here to help and support you in all the ways. If you have a specific one that you just love, ask it to support you to ground to your space as you are journeying.
On your travels, you may meet special people that you feel connected with and perhaps you could also bring them crystals as gifts to remember your energy. Before you pack them for your trip, you can sit with these crystals in a meditation. You can speak to them both physically in silence or through words and ask them to hold the gifts you are offering up. Perhaps you’re going to see a beloved family member or friend and you want them to remember how incredible and amazing they are, speak this love into the crystals. As you present it, they will feel it, and it will be a reminder and an anchor to your heart connection together.
When I am traveling, I always bring Selenite along. It’s a fantastic cleanser and refresher for both all the jewelry I wear, as well as my surroundings and specifically the physical space where I stay.
In general, when I travel, I always bring sage, palo santo, and incense that I love. I also bring frankincense, resin, selenite, black tourmaline, obsidian, and shungite. Whether it’s a bracelet or the physical crystals, they are great to have with you.
I’ve often left a piece of selenite next to me on an airplane as it is always by my side. And speaking of airplanes, before I even step foot in one, I am surrounding the plane with a protective blue light, sending Reiki to both the travel destination and the experience of the airplane. I have found this to be harmonizing on my trips and I welcome you to do the same. I always put my hand on the right hand side of the plane as I’m stepping on and send it a moment of prayer and love before I step inside the vessel. Try it. It feels amazing and the other passengers and crew members will thank you whether they know it or not they are feeling it and you will notice that people are actually quite appreciative. Remember, we are all deeply connected, and when we are sending positive energy out, we are all feeling it.
Always feel free to reach out to the shop and we can work with you specifically on any trips you may be taking or special events that may be happening on your travels. If you want to create a custom travel kit, we are honored and thrilled to help you do so. Reach out at (310) 804-4611. Our dedicated client line is always there for you.

]]>One of the best expressions my mother always says is: “Everyone is doing the best that they can” given the circumstances and environments that have shaped them. Most of our primary caretakers were also not raised in the most ideal situation, and are using the tools they learned and cultivated through their experiences.
And that is absolutely true!
This is certainly not to excuse abusive behavior. This is about unshackling us from the challenges of our childhood, embracing our individual freedom, and rising up.
There comes a time in everyone’s life where we must reflect upon the understanding that we each have our own individual path and need to take responsibility for our own healing and personal growth beyond what our upbringing may have been.
Perhaps the circumstances in which we grew up were not ideal. It may be even worse than ideal. There may have been lack of stability, confusion, or perhaps abuse. It may take an entire lifetime to unwind and heal from. However, the healing must begin, and it begins with you.
Welcome to the school of life. We have been given a gift by even being born here and the ability to awaken and heal.
I’ve been reflecting upon mothering myself in the deepest way. What would have been the most ideal situation in my own childhood, and how would I have liked to have been mothered?
In my personal situation, my mom grew up in a house where there was abuse and multigenerational women against women.
She herself left as early as she could. She met my dad and fell deeply in love. My dad passed away at a super young age.
And there my mom, a young, young widow with two infants and heartbroken, did her absolute best to raise me and my sister taking us between Europe and New York, and then ultimately Los Angeles. There was lots of experience that definitely had an impact on me.
At a very young age, I began a lifelong journey of healing, transformation, and going deep. I love being on a healing journey! Everything in my life I have been through has helped me have more compassion, depth, and understanding. I love being able to show up with an open heart and be present for the unfolding journey of the human experience.
I have found that how I’ve been able to show up depends on how I am taking care of myself physically, mentally, and spiritually.
This is how I learned how to mother myself. It begins with daily meditation. I’ve had a meditation practice since 1994, and I have been devoted to daily meditation. It gives me a grounding and a stability.
I am also very diligent about how I eat. I mostly cook for myself.
I wake up in the morning and prepare breakfast, lunch, and sometimes dinner to have it ready for when I arrive home in the evening.
This morning act of self-love and nourishment supports equilibrium. If I’m not able to cook for myself in the morning, I make sure to get proper nutrition. For me, it is a plant-based diet.
Cooking for yourself with the care and detail you would prepare a meal for a loved one is mothering yourself in the most loving way.
In the mornings, I make myself oatmeal, chia porridge, quinoa, millet, or amaranth.
For lunch and dinner, I love eating vegetables, rice, mung beans, and soups. Eating seasonally I find to be very in tune with nature and connection to Mother Earth. I also make sure to exercise every day. Sometimes it’s a YouTube video or the pleasure of going to a Pilates class, yoga class, circuit training, or dance.
Moving my body is vital for my vitality and ability to stay balanced and inspired.
So much creative inspiration has come through during a class. My mind is quiet and there is an openness and flow that comes through during physical movement .
And finally, getting proper rest. For me, I wind down and turn off all Wi-Fi and devices in the evenings. I take a bath and get into bed.
I find getting into bed before 11 to be ideal for the most optimum sleep in my circadian rhythm. If I am wound up, I lay on the ground and do stretching before bed. Upon waking and before bed, I send Reiki through my whole body and out into the universe, wherever it needs to go .
Along with this, spending quality time with dear friends who are uplifting, inspiring, and supportive is the full circle of love.
I cannot express enough the importance of who we surround ourselves with. I am so grateful for my loving, amazing community of friends. I have been greatly blessed to have such a beautiful circle of love on this planet, and I am so incredibly grateful to each and every one of my soul family. This also extends to my clients. We have such a beautiful community that comes through the store. I truly have so much love for you all, and I am incredibly grateful for your support of the business. My shop is built as an act of love and service to the universe. It is so much bigger than me personally.
I pray for you to have an uplifting Mother’s Day, and remember that the ultimate mothering begins with you and how you love and take care of yourself every single day.
The mother that you have dreamed about has always been within you.
You are a magnificent being of love and light, and the beauty that is within you needs to be shared with the universe.
May we fill our cups so that we can fill this world with Infinite love and possibility.

Crystals for cultivating the mother within:
* It is suggested to wear these gems and crystals meditate with them and keep them in your space. Each of these are wonderful supports. Ultimately, I always invite you to trust your own intuition when it comes to choosing crystals. These are intuitive suggestions.
]]>Since 2005, I have embarked on the greatest adventure to the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show. It's mind boggling to reflect upon the past 18 years, and the deepening of both gem and crystal knowledge relationship and transformation. I have gone on this pilgrimage for nearly two decades, and yet it feels like a flash of light. As I reflect upon the beginning of my crystal and gem journey, my heart is filled with tremendous gratitude. The crystals and gems have taught me so much. It is a deep honor to be guided on this path and continue to learn from these ancient wise beings. I am also tremendously grateful for my relationships with the miners and the community of the gem and crystal world.
My crystal family is sacred to my heart. There is a deep care and love that flows between us. I have forged deep relationships based in trust, honor, respect, and gratitude. It took me many years to develop an understanding and intuition for this incredible world. My heart soars to embark on this adventure and bring an elevated crystal experience to you.
This year is extra special because I am focusing on one-on-one custom curations with clients. What that means is I am available to curate beautiful spaces in your home. Be it a meditation room, a sanctuary bathroom, or to harmonize your entire property with beautiful crystals both inside and out. I am here for you.
Have you envisioned a rose quartz garden? A giant crystal to sit and meditate with? Maybe even a bathtub made of crystal? The possibilities are endless. I look forward to helping you bring harmony and balance into your spaces by infusing your home, workplace, and sanctuary with the uplifting energy of crystals.
Feel free to reach out to the team at 310-804-4611 to set up your time. There are a limited amount of slots for one-on-ones with me. I am excited to help make your crystal dreams come true.

]]>"Cleanliness is next to Godliness..."
Have you ever noticed if your space is chaotic it reflects the internal state? This week, I have been focusing on clearing and cleaning my home with great attention to detail.
As each room and corner clears, there is a profound inner shift, more spaciousness, more ability to navigate through everything.
Our physical space represents our internal state. Have you ever noticed how it is difficult to work in a cluttered room? There is a confusion and lack of clarity. Notice being pulled in different directions and a scattering of energy when our space is out of alignment.
It is so much easier to navigate in a clean, clear, and peaceful space. I’ve been focusing on each and every little nook and cranny in my home and deeply cleaning and clearing this week.
This past holy Sunday, I emerged myself in the church of purity. There is a great expression:
“Cleanliness is next to Godlessness."
Amen to that!
As I cleared and cleansed the internal chatter, what seemed to be overwhelming with the mountain of things on my to do list, and quite frankly, too much for one plate, I suddenly noticed things began flowing with so much ease and grace.
As the space clears, the mind settles.
Being in a clear environment, helps us on every level, mentally, physically, and spiritually. There is a flow and a deep sense of inner peace. This goes for every area of my personal life. Those who know me know how important organization on the deepest possible level is for me.
I have been known to stay at my store into the wee hours of the morning, organizing, clearing, and harmonizing the environment. I believe that if someone walks into the store, and there is chaos tucked behind closed doors, it is felt. I am a stickler for everything having its place.
Energy is felt. We all feel it whether we know it or not. When we walk into an environment that is peaceful and harmonious there is a feeling of spaciousness and breath.
Taking the time to clean and clear your space, especially in this new year is vital for setting the tone for flow and alignment. It is also important that we ourselves are clear and clean as we begin our purification process.
I begin with sage and Palo Santo to clear my field. Sometimes, if the energy is extra dense, I will take a salt scrub down.
Salt is such an amazing purifier.
Here is how to clear yourself with sea salt:
Here are my favorite ways of clearing crystals:
May we clear, clean and purify our bases, our bodies, and our crystals to create harmony, peace, and clarity within our own beings and send out purity and love to the world. May you have a blessed 2023 that begins in purity and light.

]]>Today I’ve been reflecting on one of the bigger lessons that I’ve received in this lifetime. I’m going to call it spotting the masked victims. I have met some interesting characters throughout my life, and some of the greater lessons have come through the masked victims.
What is a masked victim?
It is someone who presents multiple stories or scenarios where they are always the victim. It’s a theme. Perhaps their story goes like this: something happened to them in a job situation where someone mistreated them or a partner previously may have spoken to them in a particular way or they’ve had a traumatic childhood experience - what I would call “victim stories”.
As an empathic person, listening to these stories in the past, evoked a sense of wanting to support and help this person seeing the injustice of their experiences and shares. What I later came to realize about these particular masked victims is that they are always the victim in the story. They always are the ones that things are happening to, and yet the same people never take responsibility for their own behavior. It is always everyone else’s fault.
Byron Katie has a quote, “Victims are violent.” I never fully understood it until recently. How is a victim violent? They are the ones that are violated. They are the ones that have been through this experience. When you encounter a masked victim, you understand. This is a personality type. That is always the victim, but takes ZERO responsibility for themselves. They are always the ones who it’s been done to. They have a reason and always a story they do not take full ownership for their part. As my best friend, Kate says, “It always takes two to tango.”
So when you meet someone and they have lots of stories about how they’ve been wronged in their life, beware. Stay alert, and be present. Really listen from a deeper place. This is an opportunity for us to grow and have deeper, listening as someone is continually sharing their victims stories. With folks like this, be super alert. You will most certainly be the next perpetrator in their victim story.
Someone who views the world this way and has zero responsibility for their part will always be stuck in this cycle. And I find the masked victims to be actually quite dangerous people. These are people that are not really interested in evolution. They present themselves as perhaps, sweet and docile beings in the beginning however, as you learn more about them, they take off their mask, you get to see the true anger and arrogance that lies beneath these unexamined lives. They will ultimately turn and attack.
Perhaps this is someone who feels that they have “done all their work” and they don’t need to continue to evolve throughout life. They’ve done it. They've been to therapy “a few times” and they are so evolved out of it because they read a few books or potentially some Instagram posts or maybe even a blog or two.
Let’s be real. When you choose to live a life of evolution this is a continual process that will go throughout your entire life. This is not something that you just do over a weekend workshop or ceremony. When you think you get it, you got it, you’ve done it all - be aware.
Personal growth and transformation is a continual process, and we must have humility throughout our lifetime through our own evolution. I have been brought to my knees countless times. What I do understand is that this is a lifelong process of healing awareness and awakening. This is not a one time shot out of a cannon “I got it” thing. This will be continual throughout this life. It’s not an easy life to continue to do your work, however, the alternative of falling into a state of sleepwalking is certainly not an option, at least not for me. I am currently waking up to my own blind spots in this area.
I’ve had a decade now, of a multitude of these characters that have taught me to wake up, be present, and really truly listen from a deeper level. I take full responsibility for where I didn’t stop and walk away as soon as I saw red flags in this particular area. I’m giving myself the grace and compassion for what it took to finally wake up and learn these lessons. And we’ve got to give ourselves a break through the process of our own awakening. It’s a process. It’s similar to being in a creative process or perhaps, as a scientist, discovering and uncovering that breakthrough. Once you see these things, you can’t unsee them.
I am interested in being honest and truthful to myself. And what that means for me is really learning these lessons, and not needing to relearn them over and over again.
Crystals most certainly are supportive in a multi-dimensional way through personal evolution. It’s not always easy, that is for sure. I am so grateful for these masterful teachers that have helped guide and lead the way through their quiet wisdom.
When it comes to being able to see and feel through this particular lesson of the masked victim, a few crystals that are wonderful companions are Labradorite, Shungite, Clear Quartz, Lemurian, Herkimer Diamond.
The Obsidians - Black Obsidian, Silver Sheen Obsidian, Golden Obsidian - all of these are excellent crystals for sharpening, clarifying, and cutting off this energy.
My invitation is to continue to walk bravely through this life and continue to awaken to yourself over and over again. This is a process, and there are many beautiful stops along the way. Take them in and celebrate as you evolve up the ladder of life.

]]>Often times when a client enters the shop they ask "How do I know which crystal to choose?" I always invite them to trust their intuition and let their inner calling be their guide. Listening to your inner guidance system will lead you exactly where you need to be.
Sometimes it's a very subtle feeling. Perhaps it's an attraction towards something or even a thought that comes over you. Maybe a thought such as "Oh, that looks good over there" or "Turn this way!" It's a very quiet sort of nudge from the universe. Listening to these subtle signals - that's how you know which foot to put in front of the other and frankly which crystal to choose.
For some of us, it might be a little bit more challenging to trust that inner guidance. Perhaps you spend a good amount of time thinking and contemplating or being torn in your decision making. Truly allow yourself to sit for a moment with one hand on your heart and the other on top of that, take a few deep breaths and ask: "Please lead me guide me and direct me with clarity." Taking that moment to connect with yourself and ultimately open yourself up for a deeper listening is all you need to follow that inner guidance.
Once you choose your crystal, you may be surprised when you learn a little bit about the qualities of it. Crystals are here to help us. They have deeply intelligent, transformative vibrations that offer us opportunities to grow and tap into deeper wisdom. Each crystal has its own unique gifts to offer and they are certainly here to help. Currently, I've been exploring crystal teachings through audio books. There are so many amazing tools of wisdom. I highly recommend Judy Hall, one of my crystal intuitive heroes. She has many books including "The Crystal Bible" as well as some books on audible that are amazing tools of wisdom. Recently, I listened to a book called "Lemurian Seeds" by Shelley Kaehr. It dove deeply into the extraordinary gifts of the lemurian crystals and what they are here to offer.
If you are looking to further your crystal knowledge and dive deeper into your crystal education these resources are phenomenal supports.
I invite you to come into the shop and see where your intuition guides you. You may be surprised at which crystal friends are calling out to you.
This is also easily done online. Every week, we are posting more and more crystals on our website for sale. They have an energy and a vibration that you can even feel through photos. Please trust that inner nudge. As you look at the images of these beautiful beings, you may notice that one stands out or you keep going back to it just as you would in person. We are more than happy to send you additional photos and videos should you so desire by texting the shop at 310-804-4611.
I invite you to trust yourself and make friends with our beautiful collection of crystals. I personally hand select each crystal that comes to the store as I am very in tune with the energy of these exquisite beings and I am very particular about what comes into our doors. With an intuitive jewelers eye, I have a keen sense for the energetics and beauty of the crystals that make their way through our doors. With this care there is a great love for my clients and the crystals themselves. It's always quite touching to see who each crystal goes home with as they are each so individually special, just like you and your incredible journey on this planet. I honor you on your path of deeper inner growth and understanding of the seen and the unseen.

]]>My love for quartz goes deep. The crystal clear purity of clear quartz. The abundant energy of citrine. The protective cloak of smokey quartz.
These three exquisite natural wonders bring so much love into our lives.
One of the many reasons I adore clear quartz is it is an amplifier. It's also a crystal magician.
Every morning, I sit at my altar with my beautiful clear lemurian quartz pulling a card from my Judy Hall deck of crystal cards.
Whatever crystal I pull from my deck, I put my clear quartz on top of it and ask it to become that crystal.
As the brilliant shapeshifter that quartz is, its wish is your command.
It is an amplifier and a magician all in one.
Lemurian quartz holds within its brilliance codes of transformation and deeper knowledge. These are my favorite crystals to meditate with and they have opened up my intuition even further. If you're ready for the next level of your spiritual evolution, these are the perfect crystals for you.
Stunning citrine is known as the ultimate abundance crystal. This beauty brings abundance of all sorts.
Be it financial, opportunity, creative/energetic flow - we all need citrine in our corner.
Ask and you shall receive.
This bringer of all possibilities is a true champion of all that is good.
Personally, I am a huge fan of citrine, and I notice a difference on days I wear it as opposed to days when I forget to slip my citrine on.
If you're ready for your life to expand in all the ways, bring citrine into your corner of abundance - wear it and bring it close.
My tall, dark, and handsome friend, smokey quartz.
A grand protector, a sparkler of depth, this wonderful, rich friend has so much to offer.
Bring smokey into your space to create a gentle field of grounding and anchoring energy. A perfect stone for your home-office space or even for your car. If you are seeking deep grounding, this is the perfect crystal for you.
All three of these work in harmony and are magnificent on their own.
I am excited to offer 20% off of all of our smokey, citrine, clear quartz, and lemurian quartz for the month of October.
If you're ready to experience the magic of these incredible companions feel free to reach out. We are happy to help. Our shop cell phone is 310-804-4611. You are welcome to shop virtually and/or in person. Use code October20 to purchase online to receive 20% off.
]]>Her home and friendship have been special places of refuge for me since I was very young. She has been a sounding board and mentor throughout my life. I was grateful to be able to spend time together.
One evening, my oldest friend, Pam, came to visit. We have been friends since I was 11 and it was just like we had been together yesterday. For me this level of friendship is everything.
The next stop was Woodstock to see two of my absolute favorite couples in the world, Charlotte and Doué. Charlotte and I met at an acting audition when we were in our very early 20s. Our friendship has spanned over 30 years. I was the officiate at their wedding in the south of France many moons ago.
When I walked into their new home in Woodstock, I could feel that it was needing a good energetic shift. I did a huge clearing and balancing of the house. There was a profound difference and we all felt it. The day I returned to L.A., Charlotte called me and said, “I don't know what you did at the house, but I just had a huge job opportunity come my way.”, and she burst into tears with gratitude.
We had such a magical time in Woodstock. In the evenings, we would watch the fireflies. We had so many deep talks, great laughs, incredible food, and new discoveries. We walked through the meadow and just simply enjoyed each other's presence. We stopped by the house that I lived in as a child. It's so surreal to see through adult eyes and step back in time.
We also explored all the little special shops in the town of Woodstock. There was a little store that existed in the 70s called The Rainbow Shop. There would be a man who is dressed in all rainbow clothing who would stand outside and hand out little small rainbow cards to people passing by. Some of my most favorite childhood treasures were my little rainbow cards. I even based my business card on those cards.
When I was checking out at one of the oldest stores in Woodstock, this little chime shop that actually sells Woodstock chimes, I saw three of the little rainbow cards at the register! I was delighted as I said to the owner, "Oh my God, I can't believe you have those little rainbow cards!". She replied, "One day they just appeared. Wasn't that shop so magical?".
I told her how it used to be my favorite, and she said, "Here, choose one of the cards.". I was so touched. I now have my rainbow card again! I can't wait to frame it and put it somewhere special in my house.
I also spent time with my friends Nidhi and John Huba. John and I have been friends since I was 17. John is an incredibly gifted and talented photographer. We met through modeling and he's been my go to dude sounding board for decades.
One of the best parts of the trip was bringing these couples together who have never met and connecting them. One of my greatest joys in life is connecting people. It was so sweet to see the beginnings of new friendships unfolding as we sat outside at John and Nidhi's place having dinner, laughing, talking, telling stories, and simply being together.
The afternoon of the fourth, John and I slipped away and had a photo shoot by the creek. Every decade of my life, John has captured me through the different phases. He is such a safe and fun photographer. I always feel a deep sense of remembering who I am after a photo shoot with John. Later that afternoon, Nidhi introduced me to some incredible transformative sprays that she created using the alchemy of crystals, sound mantra, and aromatherapy. They were so special that I brought them back to the shop and we are almost completely sold out!
Nidhi is a kundalini yoga teacher and does feng shui. She crushed up selenite and added it to the paint of their home. When I came over she said, "Ele put your hand here.”. I felt her walls and they were buzzing. It was undeniable. It literally felt like a force field in the walls of protection.
It's always a pleasure to gather with friends who are on a similar journey. I absolutely loved my time with Nidhi, John, Doué and Charlotte in the magical town of Woodstock where I grew up. Next stop New York City!
The arrival into the city was magically timed as fireworks were starting to go off. This was my first time back in the city since 2016, and to be greeted by the joy and celebration of everyone gathering by the river for fireworks was truly incredible.
My friend, Sara Lavner, met me in the lobby of her building, and we raced up to the rooftop to find fireworks. We found a little balcony and watched the display of light, sound, and color. What a way to be welcomed back to my favorite city on the planet!
Sara, who in physical body is 76, but truly is an 11 year old inside, hosted the most fun, joyful, and transformative adventure. We explored Central Park and Koreatown, enjoying the Korean spa and Hangawi, one of my favorite restaurants. We checked out the Union Square farmers market, visited every tiny shop imaginable in Nolita and Soho, and rounded out the trip in Chinatown. Collectively we walked over 12 miles! And for both of us it was a truly transformative trip.
I helped Sara re-organize her entire closet and rethink her space in a new way. This woman has the most incredible art collection, was married to Pablo Picasso’s son, Claude, and was friends with Andy Warhol amongst other amazing artists. It was a trip being with Sara, and as always we had some of the funniest moments of my entire life this past week.
The energy of New York is so special to me. I was conceived in New York, and spent my beginning years between the city of Woodstock and Europe. So, going to New York for me means visiting my roots and it’s a big piece of who I am.
This trip was much needed for many reasons, most importantly for perspective. Sometimes it's easy to get caught in the myopic view of current situations. I am a big believer of traveling and getting out of our little boxes. I really went back-and-forth before I left because there were some specific circumstances that had me feeling that the timing was not right for me to take this trip. However, every morning I would wake up to hear, "You must go.", and I followed my inner guidance and intuition, and I am so grateful that I did.
I encourage you to travel, explore and most importantly connect with people that you love. Our deep long friendships are our touchstones that help us remember and ground us into the beings that we are. Happy summer, enjoy your adventures!
Xoxo, Ele
]]>This past week, I had a flow of creative energy that is currently in production for some fabulous new pieces. I am very excited to share them all with you. In the meantime, I've heard the multitude of requests for hoop earrings, more stud selection, and price points between $150 - $500. We have an incredible amount of jewelry that just arrived. 150 new pieces to be exact.
I am especially excited about some of our new layering bracelets and gold chains that can be mixed with simple gem necklaces. There's so much fun to be had with jewelry and I cannot wait to share with you all that is in store.
Did you know that I create custom pieces?
One of my most favorite and creative outlets is taking old pieces and bringing new life to them. Feel free to set up an appointment with me by calling or texting the shop cell phone 310-804-4611. You will be amazed at what is possible with redesigning some of your past treasures. I would be honored to breathe new life into them and make them brand new again.
Even if it's an engagement ring that needs a little updating, I am thrilled to take on the challenge.

We had a wonderful workshop at the store where I talked about how to clear heavy energy. I spoke about how sometimes you have to sink to the bottom of the pool to push your way back up through the surface. I shared about clearing our bodies with selenite and black obsidian. I also spoke about a time when I was in my early 20s when I had a lot of panic attacks and went through a very dark night of the soul. I also shared about a sensation that I have noticed throughout my life just before I am about to have a breakthrough - there's an intense, heavy energy that can feel like being pulled backward. It's the darkest right before the dawn.
It was a powerful workshop for all and the first one that we had in the past three years. It was very intimate and connected. The next day I tested positive for Covid. Fascinating for me to reflect upon this now especially since the evening before I had shared such powerful knowledge about going through darkness.
First, I thought it was food poisoning because I was extremely nauseous and stayed that way for many days. I had the exhaustion for a few days that everyone speaks about. Plus, a little sore throat but other than that, physically, I was in great shape. Mentally, it was a whole other intense experience for me. Mentally, I went down a very, very, dark path and it scared me. For many days, I felt completely disconnected from possibility, light, joy, and creative inspiration.
I experienced a deep sense of hopelessness. Thoughts like, "What's the point?” or “Anything that ever felt good was an illusion." I felt like driving off the road at one point one evening when it got so heavy for me. This lasted for a few days and it was torturous.
I reached out to a close friend who is an acupuncturist to talk to her about what was going on with me. Carissa suggested I take Lion's Mane and Liposomal Melatonin. She said it was important to get into the blood-brain barrier. It was the first time I felt relief in the days that this dark mental cloud filled my every thought. I felt like there was very dark and very heavy energy that was on me. Even my normal intuitive nature seemed to be disconnected.
I heard a faint inner calling to grid my entire bed with selenite. I did and it felt very good and helpful. However, it was taking the two items above (Lion’s Mane and Liposomal Melatonin) that helped shift my brain waves.
I did a lot of meditating. At one point, I felt this heavy energy rising within me and I literally said aloud "Get out and get out now!" I cannot stress enough how important it is to follow these inner urges (even if you sound a little bit like a crazy person it is important to command dark energy out of your body.) When we take control of our bodies, we help expel our mind’s darkness. Getting into the sunshine and allowing my body to rest was very important to the healing process.
Now that I’m on the other side of this, feeling strong and healthy and having my regular vitality back, I've been reflecting upon what I wish I would have known throughout this process. One aspect that was difficult for me was that I was supposed to be leaving the next day for Hawaii and was stuck in L.A. through the healing process. As a Virgo, it's always been very difficult for me when I have a plan and it suddenly changes. This has been a bit of a lifelong challenge. I kept thinking I was going to be better and then it just continued. There were also some unfortunate conversations that I had with sadly a few in the medical field who scared me with what could potentially happen when you get Covid. This was obviously completely unhelpful and caused me a lot of distress.
As difficult as it was to go through this time, I am incredibly grateful. Because I have walked through this dark experience, I now have some tools to be able to share with others who are either going through this currently or will be experiencing it in the future.
This is what I wish someone would have told me and how I believe the best way to heal is through Covid. *I am not a medical professional. I am a person who has been through an experience and I have worked with some incredible naturopaths and acupuncturists. Santa Monica Pharmacy was also very helpful. I believe it is very important that we share this kind of information with one another as we walk each other through this time of healing and transformation. I am sharing this from my heart hoping that my experience can help you through yours.
First, you find out that you have Covid.
Tell yourself this:
"OK, I have Covid. My body is a miracle. It is powerful and strong. I have a powerful immune system. My body is designed to heal. I am giving myself this time to go within to rest, cocoon, and love myself in the deepest and most intimate way possible. I am taking this time to meditate and heal all that has been quietly asking for my attention. I will listen to my need to sleep, and I will be extremely gentle with myself."
Don't stress about anything. I mean it. Make a vow and a commitment to yourself to let go.
Be very selective of who you talk to and who you share with. It is not your responsibility to answer to everyone nor do you need to. Your energy is sacred. Your life force is your own.
This is a time to protect your energy and that means vehemently protecting your healing.
This is a time to love yourself more deeply than you ever have before. Let yourself let go and surrender to the experience. It will pass even though it feels like it's taking forever. I promise it will pass. You must remind yourself of this.
If like me you lose your appetite and you don't want to eat for a few days, it is OK. You will not die from not eating for a couple of days. Sometimes the body needs to just rest and that includes resting the digestive system. In my case, I only wanted a little tiny bit of soup and fresh fruit. I truly thought I would never desire food again after eight days of barely eating. Good news! I'm back to normal food and my appetite came back. Energy will come back! There is so much amazing healing that is available for us. Whatever route you choose to take, be it standard medical or alternative, there is so much available when it comes to healing Covid.
As you may imagine I took a very natural route. I will share with you what I took and what I did that helped me. I have been a health enthusiast since my late teens. I've been deeply immersed in understanding alternative health and have been highly committed to having health be my priority. I went through some very scary stomach issues and debilitating panic attacks which prompted my deep love and passion for health and wellness. Again, I am not a medical professional just a fellow human who wants to help.
The first thing I did was get intravenous ozone treatment. I did so on my first day and had four treatments total. On the third treatment, I felt a massive shift. This helped me tremendously. I believe this is why I did not get strong physical symptoms because I got the ozone treatments right away.
I took the following supplements:
(Santa Monica Pharmacy is a great resource for this and they have almost everything listed above.)
For the first two days, I really enjoyed just resting on the floor. Being as close to the earth was very important to me. I believe being in nature is the best possible way to heal. One day I went to the beach which was helpful. Even though I was feeling terribly mentally and emotionally the sunshine did help. I found that even the tiniest ray of sunshine that appeared for a couple of hours on my patio was incredible. Covid hates the sun. Unsurprising that something so dark does not like the light. So make sure you get your body into some sunshine. I was able to get one acupuncture treatment and a custom herbal formula from my wonderful herbalist, Alan Shir, in Westlake Village.
The last and final stroke of brilliant healing came through a wonderful massage therapist who helped me tremendously. She was not afraid of Covid. She did some energy work with me and then moved it through my body. The first two days, I wept because I just wanted to be held and I felt so lonely! I obviously did not want to expose anyone else to Covid so I waited until I was at a point where it was OK to be touched. However, I cannot express enough that if you are with someone else who is going through this please hold each other as tight as possible and love each other through this.
We will all make it through this ridiculously intense time and the light will always rise. Please remember this and please trust yourself if you are going down one of those dark tunnels during your Covid experience. I pray that you have the deep self-knowledge to understand that this is a pathway, not the end of the road.
Our immune systems are miraculous and we are able to heal. Trust yourself, trust your body, trust your mind and your heart. You will get through this. Connect to the light as much as possible and remember what a beautiful incredible human being you are.
All my love infinitely and forever,
Xoxo, Ele

]]>I am often asked, “What does it mean when a crystal breaks?”, and “What do you do with the broken pieces?”.
Crystals take thousands of years to form within the earth's core. Buried deep and under pressure, I like to think of their breaking as a sacrifice and symbol of their beautiful journey, and all the work they have done to emerge to offer glory and light. Perhaps it is also nature’s way of reminding us of the fragility of life and what it takes to transform.
Working so closely with them, I find that sometimes certain crystals will disintegrate. They take on as much energy as they can handle and break when they have completed the work they were here to do.
I believe the crystals are in service to us; put on this planet to help us evolve; to support us and remind us of our infinite connection to the light. The guidance they offer is the ultimate act of giving. There is something so beautiful and touching about this level of love.
They each have their purpose here and we are drawn to certain ones at certain times. Just like herbs, flowers, and plants, crystal medicine is evolutionary.
Take a moment to reflect on different phases of your life and all of the many areas where you have had breakthroughs and breakdowns. There is an end phase. It's a strong physical representation of the completion when the crystal breaks.
Perhaps your crystal is breaking open to shed more light on the situation; breaking through the barriers that you once felt. They are also shields of protection and they shatter because they took in the energy rather than it being directed at you.
If you have been holding onto some broken crystals gems and jewelry, here are some suggestions on what to do with the broken pieces:
True heroes of the earth, our crystals give us more than we will probably ever really know.
Rest assured that your crystal breaking is more than likely a positive sign that your transformation is on track and aligned.
May you continue to evolve and let go of all that is no longer serving you. Sprinkle the world with crystals and shine your light bright!
Love,
Ele
]]>As they say, “it takes a village”!
I have been incredibly fortunate to have an abundance of female mentors who have guided me throughout my life.
Although many of these extraordinary women have passed on, I still feel their presence from the other side as angelic guides. In today’s blog, I wanted to pay homage to a few of my earth angels.
Aunt Evelyn:
My aunt, Evelyn, was my mom's older sister and like a second mother to me. She is one of the funniest people I've ever known. Her generosity, humor, creative energy, and boundless love have been pillars of joy throughout my life. I felt safe in her arms. Somehow, Evelyn could get away with saying literally anything and make everyone laugh. I always felt safe sharing my heart fully with her; no subject was taboo. And, I always knew she had my back. I miss her dearly, and yet I feel her as close as my own heartbeat.
Toni Bull Bua:
I met Toni when I was 17. She was the wife of my dear acting teacher, Gene. Toni taught alongside her husband and wrote many of the pieces we would perform in class. She always believed in magic. She would often write about this magical store where incredible things would happen. Looking back, I understand it was foresight to what would become of my own life’s journey!
She had a childlike wonder about her and celebrated everyone's birthday with a loving and generous heart. One day, I was feeling down. She grabbed my shoulders and looked deeply into my eyes and said, "I see you." I felt her words to my core, and carry them with me always. When I think of Toni, I immediately think of glitter and possibility.
Laura Hart:
My voice coach. This pistol powerhouse of a 4'11" woman, always wore her gorgeous, red hair in a beehive. Covered in pink bows and sparkly magic, she taught me how to become a woman. When I met her, she was in her 80’s. Laura believed that every day was a celebration and age means nothing. (Her husband and soulmate, Sky Redlove, was 20 years her junior, a prime example of how age meant nothing).
Laura taught me many things. She taught me the power of sound and voice, she taught me about men and relationships, and she taught me about the power of health and wellness. She opened my eyes to what she called "The Types". It is a way of understanding people, and how and why they operate. This practice has been extremely helpful throughout my life allowing me to connect on a deeper level.
There’s a profound memory that I have. I had been struggling with panic attacks and she suggested I try cutting dairy out of my diet because of my Native American blood. The two-week experiment quickly turned into 20 years and a lifestyle I will always practice.
Joan Regalbuto:
Joan was a living saint. She was one of the most peaceful, calm, and level-headed beings I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. I met her when I was a young girl. She was a close friend of my mother and became one of my greatest allies, friends, and mentors.
Joan was a free spirit. A brilliant astrologer with deep psychic abilities, she would give readings through the paradigm of astrology. I always knew I could turn to her for support. Joan’s compassion knew no bounds.
Kay Snow Davis:
I met Kay in the last year of her life. Although our time together was brief, her guidance came through powerful and strong. There was almost an urgency in what she shared.
Kay wrote a brilliant book on how people are like parts of a tree. Someone is either a leaf, branch, trunk, or root. This invaluable information has helped me greatly in my work.
She also expressed the importance of a partnership in which two people grow together. This invaluable insight came at a moment in my life when I needed it most.
Kay was also a brilliant energy worker. She taught me the "The Trauma Code”, which is the practice of sending healing energy to an injury/trauma through acupuncture points.
Whenever I find myself in challenging times, I call upon these angels from the other side. I often feel held, and creative inspiration comes through from these extraordinary mother mentors.
I know deeply that there is no way I would be the person I am today if it hadn't been for their powerful influence. I honor these mother mentors with all of my heart. I have so much gratitude for the blessings that they have bestowed upon me.
I wish I could pick up the phone and call these incredible angels to sit with me, share a meal, laugh, and meditate together. Instead, we do so in spirit.
With Mother's Day around the corner, we are reminded to cherish and honor the nurturing figures in our lives. Here’s to all the “other mothers” on a very special day.
Love,
Ele
]]>Every so often memories from the past come back to perhaps remind us how far we've come, to clean up old business, or to clear the way for a higher level of evolution.
This past week, multiple articles came out around a film that I was in 30 years ago called "Newsies". I was 19 years old and it was my first leading film role. I felt so much joy and excitement about this incredible opportunity. To work on a musical with the talented director Kenny Ortega on his first film was an honor. And I was blessed to also be in the company of a ton of other young actors and dancers including Christian Bale who played my boyfriend, Robert Duvall, Ann-Margaret, and my beloved Deborra-Lee Furness who played my mom. It was a magical six months.
When it came time for the premiere, I wasn't able to attend because I was filming the movie, “Alive". After “Newsies” premiered, I got sent a phonebook of reviews. They were pretty awful. The press slammed the film. There were also some unkind words said about me.
A few months ago, I was interviewed for the 30 year anniversary of the film. The article came out this past week. During the hour-long interview, I made a brief comment about the reviews the studio had sent after we opened. The interview came out, and the main focus was on the "mean" reviews they sent me. Other publications picked it up, including the New York Post. This week’s experience has opened up an opportunity to look back upon that time as a 19-year-old and how it felt then.
Right at the time when Newsies came out, I started having debilitating panic attacks. I also had developed a condition called CVS (cyclic vomiting syndrome) which little was known about it at the time.
Now, looking back and understanding energy, I've been able to correlate this very challenging time to what was occurring for me on a physical level. Everything comes from something. Thoughts, negative energy, and of course positive energy have an effect on us.
As so many difficult times are, that period in my life turned out to be a gift. I developed a hunger for healing on every possible level. I became completely devoted to doing whatever it took to heal. It led me to daily meditation, nourishing my body, transformational workshops, and working with phenomenal mentors, therapists, and healers. All of which have shaped the woman I have become.
I've been sitting with my 19-year-old self the last couple of days and wishing that she knew what I now know. I had not developed the tools, understanding, and self-trust to see that I had the strength and capacity to face whatever was put in my path and that everything would turn out.
Through Reiki, I’ve also been sending my 19-year-old self some healing. Here are the crystals I would give her. Lithium Quartz and Lepidolite to help soothe her anxiety. Selenite, Black Tourmaline, and Shungite for energetic protection and clearing. I would also blanket her in Emeralds for heart healing.
Teachers come to us at the perfect moment. Sometimes they come in the form of the past visiting us to remind us of where we are and how far we have come.
Remind yourself "healing is a process". To face mountains we have to take one step at a time.
Be gentle and kind to yourself. Listen to what you need. And trust your wise inner guidance.
We truly are limitless when we give ourselves an opportunity to grow. When we are willing to devote ourselves and put the work into whatever it takes to heal, it is possible.
My prayer is that no matter what you are facing in your life, you are able to embrace it and understand that whatever pain you are experiencing could ultimately be one of the greatest gifts of transformation ever.
We all deserve a life of freedom. And we must give ourselves whatever it takes to heal.

]]>Every year, I take a personal retreat to rejuvenate through an ancient healing process called Panchakarma.
During these 12 powerful days of cleansing, it’s time to slow down and reflect. I always make sure to eat pure, simple, nourishing food while creating space for rest, meditation, and reflection.
Each day represents a different system within the body. "Panchakarma works to detoxify the seven tissue layers in the body (dhatus)."
The seven layers are:
In the afternoon of the fifth day, the sacred ritual of Panchakarma begins; entering the most magnificent womb of love.
The first five days consist of taking flax oil or ghee, working your way up to five tablespoons daily.
On the fifth night, right before bedtime, I sit in meditation to prepare my body for this powerful release. Once my mind feels clear, I drink a mixture of castor oil and orange juice, followed by an orange juice chaser. (It might sound intense, however in a meditative state, it is actually quite gentle).
Myrica Morningstar, the healing Panchakarma practitioner, guides me through this ancient process, suggesting that with each release, conscious awareness is made. Naming what you are ready to release, roots it into being, and is an incredibly powerful experience.
Myrica's sacred Panchakarma space is filled with love, healing, a warm bed, and the sweet gentle breeze of the Hawaiian tradewinds. You hear the soft sound of birds while magnificent flowers rest beneath your face, allowing you to inhale their exquisite nectar.
Her table rests on top of a grid of beautiful crystals. In silence, you lay your body on a warm, healing table. Myrica and her co-practitioner lay their loving hands on your body. Prayers are spoken, and so it begins. Warm oil is gently poured over your entire body as four hands bring love, care, and attention to every detail of your sacred vessel.
Myrica communicates that each of the dhatus is connected with an emotional or mental component. As you detox, you may feel extra tired or emotionally vulnerable. This is a natural cleansing reaction and it is important to nurture yourself during this process. Allow these feelings to rise up and out.
I hope you are able to take the time to nourish and nurture yourself. Myrica has written a great book that walks you the process at home. You don't need to fly all the way over to Kauai to experience this greatness for yourself.

]]>As the years have passed, and through all of the experiences I have had thus far on the planet, one of the greatest life lessons I have learned is how precious time is.
The older I've gotten, the more I have refined how I spend my time and whom I choose to share it with. Our energy is sacred, and who we choose to be with is of the upmost importance. Whether we are aware of it or not, those we surround ourselves with and what we take in defines our lives, our thinking patterns, our energy field, and our health and well-being. It is vital to be incredibly selective with what we choose to be around.
That also goes for what we consume through our eyes our mouths and our ears! This can include listening to people complain, gossip, or indulging in negative entertainment that is violent and disturbing, like the news that focuses on the horrors of the world. We are being consumed by everything that we expose ourselves to.
I can't express enough how important it is to be clear about how we want to live our lives. In my early 20s I took a vow to not gossip for six months as part of a leadership training course I was participating in. This is become a lifelong habit, as I've become innately aware of how the energy of gossip feels. For me it feels like consuming poison. One of my core values is if someone has a problem, they go directly to the source.
That being said, there's a difference between that being a sounding board for a friend who needs to "get it out " and be supported. When it comes to people who are habitual gossips or focus on the negative or drama in life, it is extremely important to be aware of this and make your choice accordingly.
One of my greatest joys in life is alone time. It gives me time to recharge, reflect, and come back to my center. I adore spending quality time with friends, laughing and being playful, cooking, and getting to the heart of the matter. Really digging deep into understanding the ways of the world, humanity, and how we are wired. I am fascinated by learning myself deeper, seeing my blindspots, and working through everything there is to show up to my highest potential. And this takes time. It takes a deep willingness to see and be honest with myself and those close to me.
I am so grateful for the many lessons life has offered, even the ones that have been incredibly challenging. (And believe me, there have been some huge lessons for me in this lifetime!) Each of these lessons i’ve been given have helped me rise to the occasion and continue this journey of life.
At 33, I got a clear vision about my life purpose. When this came through, I remember laughing and crying. "I am here to bring connection, creation, inspiration, and beauty to the world" It truly sums up my path. This was before being a jewelry designer and long before having a retail store. This was a glimpse into what was to be. It was a whisper that became what is now the map that guides me through my life path.
If you need help finding some clarity in life right now, you're in luck! We are offering special etched Selenite hearts as a gift with all purchases over $50.
